People need to stfu about “counting calories.” No food has a certain amount. Everyone by now should know what is considered healthy and not. If it has the word fried it’s bad. If it’s from a fast food chain it’s gonna be bad for you. Just keep it simple and eat out of the damn food pyramid that’s what it’s there for. Eat straight fruits and vegetables have some meat in your system for protein cause I call bullshit on vegans. Brown rice over fried rice Asians. Drink milk for breakfast or use it in a shake. Small stuff like that will make you healthy. Drink water over soda. Stop drinking alcohol and smoking. These things will make you feel better. And quit with the whole” I’m fat” BS. I’m not gonna lie and not say I haven’t said it but I know and people know I’m joking. Everyone knows what fat looks like and you know if you’re not it. Just work hard to avoid it. Don’t forget to workout whenver you can. Nothing hardcore just some running, pushups, situps, and pullups can get you a long way.
